Rob Mercer:

Rob has been a Mortgage Originator since September 1989. Rob Joined First Home Mortgage in 2007 to open and manage the Silver Spring Office. In 2012 Rob opened a second office in Bethesda where he spends most of his time.

Rob has consistently achieved President’s Club / Chairman’s Clubs status, ranking in the top five percent as both a Loan Officer and Branch Manager for the past 15 years. Rob’s professionalism and experience are second to none. In 2014 Rob was honored as one of the Top 1% of all Loan Originators in America.

Rob completed his studies in 1987 with a Marketing Degree from the University of Maryland. Rob is understandably a zealous Terp Fan and holds season tickets for Maryland basketball and football and has for 20 years!

Bryce Kelly:

Bryce, a native of Montgomery County, Maryland, is an alumnus of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C. and earned a B.S. in Economics from The College of Charleston.  In his free time, Bryce enjoys traveling and visiting with family.

Bryce joined the Mercer Team at First Home Mortgage in February of 2019 after being licensed in 2016. Bryce assists clients through all aspects of the home loan process, from the initial pre-qualification process through settlement and beyond.  He consistently impresses clients and real estate agents with his lightning fast response time to questions and requests, even on evenings and weekends. In his free time Bryce enjoys playing golf and pickleball.

 

 

 

Grace Kelly:

Meet Grace! Grace was born in Towson Maryland and Grew Up in North Bethesda. She attended Walter Johnson High School. She was recently married in November of 2020 to her Husband, Grant, who she met at University of Maryland. Outside of work, Grace enjoys cooking, working out, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and drinking wine. Her favorite aspect of work is working with clients to help them purchase their dream home.

 

 

 

 

 

Kristin Slagle:

Kristin is a native of Silver Spring, MD and graduated from Northwood High School. She became a member of Phi Theta Kappa while attending Montgomery College, where she received an AA in General Studies. Outside of work she loves spending time with her friends and family, reading, baking, and watching movies with her cats. She enjoys being part of an amazing team that helps clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

 

 

 

 

Alyssa Brereton:

 

Alyssa is a native of Minnesota (don’t cha know?). She graduated from the University of Minnesota with degrees in Global Studies and Political Science. Alyssa loves to cook for friends and family, spend time with her Boston Terrier, Derby, and enjoys reading and being outside. Her favorite aspect of work is helping her peers find solutions to problems, enjoying being part of a team, and making a positive impact on the client experience by providing superior customer service that sets First Home Mortgage apart from other lenders.

Pam Mercer:

Pam is a University of Maryland graduate, Rob’s quieter half, and mom to 3 teens! She is also owner of Greenily, an e-business that helps busy families make going green easy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Charlotte Mercer:

As the oldest Mercer child, Charlotte helps her parents figure it all out!  She finishes up high school this year with an impressive academic record and is excited about what the future holds.

 

 

 

 

 

Bridget Mercer

Bridget enjoys sports and fitness and has played on a travel soccer team for 5 years.  As a junior in the fall, she looks forward to playing on her high school soccer team and seeing friends in person.

 

 

 

 

 

Hobson Mercer

Named “son of Robert”, Hobson enjoys basketball, hanging out with friends, and playing computer games.  He’s looking forward to high school next year and being taller than his dad!
